People on Chickensmoothie can't give medical advice, I'd bet money that 99.9% of us are not vets and even so, we couldn't help you over the internet.

Tell your parents she needs to see a vet. I'm sure you or your parents can help carry her if she's in too much pain to move. Many aren't open on a Friday night, but if she is rapidly deteriorating, find the nearest emergency vet. That's all the advice that can be given.

Have you tried looking up the symptoms on the internet to see what is wrong with her? It could have something to do with stress or a change in food, or even your dog getting older, though if nothing has changed I think it might be a good idea to call your vet. In my experiences dogs can also panic if something weird like this is happening, so I think it would be a good idea to pet her and calm her down as you try to figure out what is going on. I am by no means an expert with this sort of thing, so anyone that may know more might be better with helping you. I sincerely hope everything turns out alright!

Best bet is to take them to the vet.
Make sure there was no chocolate, grapes, or avacado or other toxic foods they could’ve gotten into.
Check your trash cans to see if they’ve rummaged through them.
If they seem lethargic, or have irregular stool these are causes for concern.
But I am in no means a Vet.

I know a friend who works as a veterinary assistant.
Just as most people agreed on, take her to the vet.

If your dog is throwing up a lot, it could be a variety of reasons. If your dog takes time outside, she/he could have tape worm from eating small animals like lizards, fleas, or feces.
If anything your dog is throwing up because the stomach is upset with something.
Keep a very close eye on her and limit her time outside. You should also monitor every thing she is eating, like the food brand. If you're super worried you can make a list for what you feed her or what she eats, so that the vet has a better idea.
