Dog Help Please

I been having some troubles with my dog and I could really appreciate some help!

So on Tuesday, my dog started screaming and yelping. She was panting really loudly. When my mom tried to take her up the stairs, she yelped again. My mom gave her benadryl and that made her feel a bit better. She went to the vet yesterday, and they gave her some pills and said they think she got stung. Shes still panting and shaking, so idk what to do. She's pooping and eating fine too.
