Honey's Progress Thread! (leachie gecko)

Little bump. :3

He's scheduled to come tomorrow, at 10:30, and hopefully I can get out of school to unpack him myself~

I also got a tub for him, it's probaby too big but I'm going to try and make it as 'busy' as I can so he doesn't feel insecure. My snakes will probably get some stuff taken out of their cages and washed to put in the gecko's.

Just that I go by a code of trust. My brother would have freaked if I said that. Our family's religion sort of revolves around trust.

I got him! And I got out of school to see him!




Those pictures I posted earlier and these do not do him justice. In the pictures the breeder sent, he didn't look fired up, but when he is, it's this foresty green color with some pink-white splotches. As an adult, I think he'll be a brighter green with bigger pink splotches.
I keep calling him a he, even though he's unsexed.

I'm pretty sure I'm going to name him 'Honey', I know it's not the most creative, but I like it.

One more thing, this guy eats CGD like no tomorrow. Off my finger, from the bowl, let me say there is significantly less food in his bowl than I put in there.

Compared to leopard gecko babies, he is huge. Also, the only bad thing I see about him at the moment is his little claws. I have tiny scratch marks all around my hands and arms. XD
