@ Hime, We have no idea when she's due, since she was kept with our stud for most of last summer, but when she had Lucy three years ago, she didn't even seem to really be pregnant until she was about 9 months in, and didn't bag up until a week before she had Lucy. She moves along pretty quick, so I'd bet that foal's coming next week.

@Hanoverian: Thanks, but it's okay...I am still really disapointed though, I was just looking forward to showing Mulligan and getting more experience showing him >.< I am hoping we can FIND a show for this weekend, but if not it's supposed to cool down for my lesson on Sunday. That's true, health does come first and there are some crazy advisories out so I do understand why my trainer doesn't want us showing. Nope they aren't rated, and they even said polos are allowed. But still it's supposed to be 97 or 99 degrees, so even with polos my trainer doesn't want us showing. I wanted to cry the whole day though because I was looking forward to getting to show today.
That's true, I have lots of time to try and get an award, which I think is a good goal. They aren't very important though so I am going to try not to get fixed onto the points xD

Yeah I know o.0 I love our arenas. It's kind of crazy because my old barn's arenas were small and we had to split them in half since two lessons would be going on at the same time. So it was a big change for me xDD

Sorry to hear that Kat was so crazy >.< That makes sense though, since he was used for a beginner lesson and had a pretty big break. That's funny that he used to have no confidence and now he is over confident. Silly pony <3 That's good that your trainer thinks it's just a phase, and that he will grow out of it.
Ooh pony camps sounds like it was fun! It must have been cute seeing the little kids ride and tack up their horses ;D That's so great that you got to spend more time with Kat too ^^

I still get to go out to the barn to hack Mulligan tomorrow though. Hopefully it will cool down some, but I'm not counting on it /: My goodness I am still super bumed out about the show. At least I may be able to show next Wednesday, I think it's supposed to cool down by then. I am hoping that I can ride Mulligan for next Wednesday's show....

Well, im glad that it cooled off. I wouldn't want to ride if it stayed 90 degrees, but its getting better. So im excited to ride my Midas today, wish me luck! c:

Good news! My trainer said that "the girls" (the high school seniors) plan on taking me out for a trail ride on Mulligan tomorrow!! Yippee!! Finally, some good news xD

Well, anyway, It's 90 degrees here too. In the SHADE! Plus it's humid and sunny and just UGH! Luckily it's the middle of the week and there aren't any rides. I couldn't bear to wear pants in this heat. It's just ridiculous.

Don't worry about the seniors thing- it's just becoming more and more apparent that this year will be the last year.

It's not normally this hot here, but over the last two summers it's gotten unbearably hot- we had to do 6 rides on a day that the temperature broke 100 last year. Luckily they were small so we could swap out horses, but man, it's never this bad.

Destiny and I were jumping earlier... She landed wrong, and fell sideways. She rolled ontop of me and over.. Now I have a couple crackes ribs and it hurts soo bad ;__; I couldnt move for the first couple hours. Now I dont knwo if shes okay or not. Dx
