So, she's a lamb/sheep neko. I never really made up a backstory or anything as I was drawing her, but I felt wings were appropriate, because she's a sheep, and their are symbols in religion, so I thought they'd fit her. (Sorry, I don't want that aspect of her to offend people!) The colors I choose to be varying between golds and mute yellows to also fit that. The blue eyes stand out so I chose them to be complementary. Hope you like it!
