Design a character?

Hello, hello! I am in need of a new character, and I'm not creative enough to make one myself - so I'm having you guys do it for me! Here's how it works: there are multiple character guidelines in which you can choose from. Each one has a list of general preferences for the character, such as accessories. Once you choose one, please inform me before you begin working. PLEASE DO NOT USE ALL OF THE PREFERENCES. They're called 'preferences' for a reason - they're not mandatory! Using all of them just looks messy. Once you're finished, post it on this thread. Eventually, I will close the submissions for that character and pick a winner. I will only pay the winner, and will only use the winner's art. If you lose, don't worry! You can always sell that character elsewhere, as it won't belong to me.

Here are some things I like;

Species; A Chinese dragon/wolf or cat hybrid would be cool!
Genders; Preferably not female, though I'm flexible.
Designs; Swirls, stripes...anything, really!
Colors; Red, bronze, gold, metallic colors, black, dark grey, etc.
Accessories; Eyepatches, necklaces, scarves, prosthetic limbs, etc.
Traits; Acts like a tough guy but is really a softie inside.
Extras; Glowing eyes, some sort of disability (e.g. blindness), etc.

For this one, I'm just dulling down my character's design a bit so it's less eyesore. I'm also interested in making him look a bit more...tough and scary, to say the least. My character's name is Kaleidoscope (named after his color-changing eyes - if you get rid of them, please specify a name change as well), and here is a reference (if you need more references, please ask). He is a grumpy and mostly antisocial hyena/demon hybrid (though you may change his species to something less odd if you'd like). You may add any accessory you believe to be fitting, but here are his current accessories;
- Black thick-framed glasses
- A leather necklace with an ivory elephant charm.

So, for this one I have a character that is part angel, and I just realized he looks nothing like that. So, I decided it was time to change his appearance a tad! His name is Sake of Burning Feathers, and here is a reference. He is a polite, cheerful and worried Samoyed with a brown fedora (as shown in the reference). Some things I'd like to see (do NOT add all of them);

Colors; White, gold, black, blood red, pastel colors, etc.
Accessories; Armor (any kind), cape, mask, mechanical limb(s), rose necklace/crown...he can lose the hat if you want.
Extras; Weirdly colored/glowing eyes, wings, fur markings
