SMALL ANNOUNCEMENT
With the arrival of a new thread you may notice that things are...much stricter than before.
This is to ensure the safety of this thread as a community as well as individually.
Each rule has been chosen and set into this thread for specific reasons I have deemed
worthy of being placed. Upon posting here on the fanclub, as written in the Welcoming
message on the far right column on the front page, you have formally agreed to uphold
any and all rules.

To ensure that this stays that way there will be frequent mini-rules reminders
posted ONCE every FIVE pages.
This is to refresh every member's memory as well as to update the tally list.
Accompanying this list will be simple descriptions of the rules, a list of users
given tallies over the previous five pages, and a little note on the progress
of the thread. In the rare moments I may add a rule there will be an
announcement at the bottom post of this rule reminder post to introduce
the rule FORMALLY as well as me begin giving out tallies for the rule
instead of general warnings.

Speaking of warnings, here at the beginning of the new thread I will only be
giving out warnings. This is mainly just to nudge you in the right direction
and help you get into the motion of remembering the rules and what you can,
and can NOT, do. However, after page TEN (10) every user will be aloud TWO
warnings for minor things and ONE for slightly major things before tallies are
given out for offenses there after.

If a tally or warning is given please do not whine or complain as you are at
my liberty to follow any and all rules I have set to this thread. Again, this was
formally justified on the first post. Just accept the punishment given and
carry on. Better behaviour leads to tallies being worn off over time.

A tally cool off period, the time you hold a tally against your username before
I take it away, varies on offense. Your tallies will be removed by TWO (2)
after every ONE (1) month of time and for every worse offense, ONE (1)
tally ever ONE (1) month.

Moving on.

Temporary bans will be issued generally after once's minor offenses lead up to over
ten (10) tallies thus exceeding the mark limit against your name. Temp bans can
wear off after anywhere from two (2) weeks to any number of months, again,
depending on offense. Being temporarily banned does no remove tallies from your
name. You will keep the same amount of tallies as you had before (reduced down
to nine (9) however) and will be worn off after time like I've previously mentioned.
If you have received a temp ban once before (theoretically in the future) it will be
likely that your next sentence will be longer. If you are temporarily banned more than
FOUR (4) times you'll be permanently banned, no questions asked.

Mind you this is a fair system with MANY second chances. If you have a issue with my
system I suggest a few things:

a) don't get in trouble
or
b) leave

I'm not intending this as being rude or inhospitable, but it is the truth. I will not
be changing my mind on this and I certainly won't be leaving anytime soon for this
to be changed. From now on I am the owner of the fanclubs, meaning I will be the
only one creating them here after. My rules will either be the same or get more
strict depending on you all as members of the orb cat community.

@Ymir I love the rule changes, I think that will make things more manageable. I do have a question though. When it comes to say a FCFC, if you are replying to try and adopt a pet, will you need to reply to someone else? Or does you adoption attempt count?

Yes. FCFS are the only time you're aloud to quote something and break certain rules like "no one worded posts" and so on. It's all orb cat related, of course. I won't be that big of a stickler ^^

Ello ^^ this is both a small mark and I'm gonna talk about some stuff. I'm The Cab, and older artist off of orb cats who retired a fairly long time ago, most of you probably don't know me since its been a reealllly long time since I've posted. Both Champion. And Quill are two of my greatest friends here on CS and we talk a lot, so im quite happy to see such a great change in the community in trying to get it up and running again. As of further notice I will be coming out of retirement and re-joining the community, I may not post as often as some of the more popular artists, and most of my appearances in the orb cat community will be simple cats and join.me's [because I'm freakin addicted to them >>]
