So quick rundown Shmebulock is kind of narrating the stories (once everyone thousand years he's able to actually speak english) and by the end he says "Before I return to my prison of silence, I offer you one last secret--There is a message hidden in this book, and the only true way to find that message is..." And then he reverts back to his dumb little "SHMEBULOCK" speaking self.

NOW IT COULD JUST BE A CRUEL RUSE but considering Alex Hirsh I wouldn't put it past him to have some cryptic message in there :U I've been over-analyzing every little thing about it now lol and I COULD BE TAKING THIS TOO SERIOUSLY BUT DANGIT.

I looked this up online and someone actually translated it using Caesar Cipher and it came out to be,

OC Backstory(Feel free to suggest a name for him)
[Character] Is an entity from the fifth dimension. The fifth dimension is imagination, and similar to Mabel's fantasy prison, anything and everything is possible. Unlike Bill, [Character] doesn't want mindless destruction to have fun, plus, since imagination in general can alter the reality of the 5th dimension, it's not all good, as the imagination of evil people also has an effect. [Character] traveled to the 3rd dimension, more specifically Gravity Falls, not to sew chaos, but to look for new friends

RP Plot3 years have come and gone after Weirdmageddon. Mabel and Dipper are in their junior year of high school, and they still visit their Great Uncles Stan and Ford. However, when Stan and Ford were exploring the world, they made a terrifying discovery. While Bill Cipher was destroyed when Stan's memory was wiped clean, the psychotic entity had one last trick up his non-existent sleeve, reincarnation. Now in a new body as Bob Cipher, the new incarnation seeks to succeed where his predecessor failed. Mabel and Dipper talked their parents into letting them transfer to Gravity Falls High, and now, a new crazy adventure begins.
