how do you decide your characters names?

for human characters with actual names, i just use random name generators and wait for a name that clicks !! sometimes i have names in mind before making characters so i tend to use them, or they come up while im designing !

for non-human characters, i go a lot of ways. i make names up, i use nouns, foreign words, mash words together... it depends, really!!

how do you decide your characters names?
I usually just use the first thing that pops into my head but if I have to look for a name
I usually just start looking up names in different languages until I find one that fits.
