I smell a feature xD this is amazing. and the rays of sun light must have taken a lot of time. :3

They actually only took a few seconds... All you gotta do is

1. Make a layer on top of everything
2. Select a high opacity (around 200) airbrush
3. Select the straight line brush and make a few streaks with different sizes
4. Make the opacity lower (around 70)
