Is there a way I can do that and if not, can I turn off the pressure sensitivity?

Yup. c: Do you see the dots next to each option in the brush panel? Click on them in order to decide which things you want pressure sensitivity to affect. If the dot is black, it means pressure sensitivity will affect that thing.

Is there a way to import a drawing that you've drawn already?

Is it possible to add how to find hex codes for colours to the guide? I've asked and looked around but haven't found out how to do it yet. I stumbled upon it by accident but can't remember what I did and can't find it again. I want to find a shade of blue I used on one drawing to use on another.

Open Oekaki again, choose the board you want to post your drawing on. Under the drawing area you should see your unfinished drafts. Click on one to continue working on it. :]

If you're asking if you can bring pictures from your computer/etc to Oekaki, that's not possible, sorry.

Thanks Tuike. It helps somewhat, but I actually managed to get hex codes from within chibipaint. I didn't need to go to any other program. I guess I'll keep fiddling and see if I can find out what I did but the "paint" method could work well enough for now. :)

SUCCESS!!!

You can get hex codes in Chibi paint by clicking the bar beneath the colour pallate *after* you have the colour you want. It just so happens that #000000 is the code for black which is the default. I used the eyedropper tool to select a section of the colour I wanted on the original drawing and then clicked the bar of colour under the palatte and it showed the proper code. Typing the sode into the new drawing got the colour back. :)

Is there anyway to upload an image into the Oekaki gallery? Because I drew something on Photoshop, and it won't Copy+Paste.

Like MegaCherrio said, it is not possible I'm afraid. Though of course you can post it in 'Share your art' which is here: Here :~
