Observing as the two would exchange words regarding Nathan's birthday, he'd remember that the party overall was important because it was a celebrative tradition of his, having never really cared since he didn't like him as much before- at all. "Yeah... whales are beautiful animals, really. Not a lot of people have them as a favored mammal, so that's cool." He would hum in acknowledgement, looking at Brianna briefly as she would text someone. Undesirable of being snoopy, he'd look away, clearing his throat. "Uh, I don't think I told you, but.. Happy Birthday." Warren would murmur quirkily, glancing at Nate for a moment, offering him a small smile before turning away again.

Feeling as though he should've said it sooner, he'd hope he wouldn't mind his delayed statement, scratching the back of his neck steadily. Gazing over at the female student afterward, he would tilt his head, sighing softly. "So, what made you want to come to Blackwell?" He'd ask, wanting to know more about the newcomer.

“Well I came because I want to be a photographer. And get the best education. I heard Blackwell offered the best scholarships and here I am.” Brianna said, smiling. Looking down at her phone once again she saw Cloud’s text. She couldn’t force Nate to go, especially with Warren still hanging around. Not that she didn’t like him. So far she liked everyone she met, except Vanitas. While she was thinking Cloud decided to Video Chat. “Hey, sorry I thought they were. Must be a problem on my end.” She said.

Warren is wishing me a happy birthday? "Thanks." I add his way, tilting my head upwards in approval before the two start chattering about Blackwell. I'm lost in my thoughts again until I hear a noise, then Brianna mumbling something. "Phone troubles?" I smirk, nodding at her indiscretions. I heard everything, I hope she knows. Whale watching... huh. But blindfolding me? I smirk at the thought before my attention is drawn to the door being opened. Oh no...

"Hm. Mr. Prescott. Fancy meeting you here."

I narrow my eyes at him. "Hey, Mr. Jefferson."

"Brianna, Warren." He nods a greeting at the two before shooting a hand in his pocket. "We'll happy birthday, Nate. I saw your truck and thought I'd stop by to deliver your present." He smiles at ne, the one that causes my stomach to twist. Did he follow me? "Anyway, I, um... I went ahead and put it in your truck. I hoped you didn't mind."

Brianna gave Cloud a wide eyed look as if to say ‘so much for a surprise.’ Then looked away from her phone when she heard Mr. Jefferson. She tried not to listen in cause that was just rude. “So, Cloud. Want me to bring you back some food?” She asked.
