"Nah, just finished moving in yesterday. Today is my third day here. Still geting used to all the..." Echo puased, trying to think of a word that wasn't rude sounding. "Lovely... people here" Echo finished. Her hair was down and swaying with her movent. It dyed in its normal dark brown color, however there could be a few silvery gray strands as she had forgotten to dye her hair.

"You mean the paranoid insane people?" Dr. Bane replied laughing a bit, "Sorry I tend to make horrible jokes after work. There are several wonderfully nice people here just a lot of really insane loud ones to block them off."

Echo smiled at his joke. "Yes, the paranoid insane people who think I like things hurlled at my face. I Bet there are several wonderful people here. Considering I met one and partly met another." She replied, still smiling.

Podryn looked over his shoulder again. Someone in a black hoodie was staring at him. Fear tingled through him. Why? Did he know? No, maybe he did not know. Maybe the older man was staring at him because he had noticed dog poop on Podryn's shoe. The most important thing right now was to find out what the man wanted. He walked towards the man until he was face to face with him. And then Podryn realized he did not know what to say. What do you want? No. Why are you staring at me? No. It all sounded weird.It was at times like this he cursed his lack of social ability. He stared back at the man not uttering a word.

Max chuckled as he was pulled down beside her. He smiled over at her, "Good point, that was like the oldest trick in the book." He didn't seem angry. He put his hands behind his head and looked up at the sky, staring at it, as if makingsure it didn't suddenly change.

Eden smiles, “I’ll think about letting you pay for yourself.” Then she looped her arm with his and half walked, and half dragged him towards her restaurant of choice. Once he got in step with her, she began walking faster, he usual pace. The restaurant she wanted to go to was only a block away, and with their long strides, they made it there in record time. When she stepped into the cozy place, she picked her favorite seat- a booth near the back. She sat down and order drinks, water for her, and peeked over at another gentleman who was sitting at a table. She didn’t know what drew her eye to him, maybe the fact he was concentrating on a paper with the kind of intensity that made her wary. But there was something.... Her attention snapped back to Arcaniss, the boy still seemed uncomfortable. “Why don’t you like people?” she asked him suddenly, before her eyes are drawn back to the stranger at the table. They make eye contact for a second, and her eyes snaps back to Arcaniss immediately. Awkward..

Mae smiled as her plan went perfect. She nodded at Max. "Yes, yes it is.." a smile found its way to her lips. She pulled her hair out of the ponytail and ran a hand through it do it wasn't so messy. She sighed quitely then looked over a Max. "What are you looking at?" She asked as she layed down beside him trying to see what he was looking at.

"I'll take that as a compliment," Dr. Bane replied, "It takes some time but eventually you find places where people are less paranoid around this town. Ever since the shifter scare started this place has been nuts."

Arcaniss didn't object to being pulled along, he was just confused for the most part. Luckily his long legs made it easy for him to keep up eventually. He sat down at the table once they reached the place looking around some of his paranoia still sinking in since he hadn't been there before but he forced himself to calm down eventually. "Well... Uh..." He tried to figure out how to explain it, "People just... Tend not to like me, at all."

Leon continued to focus on his papers flipping through them memorizing every detail on them. When the waitress came by he didn't even look up just kept his voice low and commanding to order a Coke for himself and burger. The only time he paid the girl a glance was from the corner of his eye to see if she had a problem with him when she didn't walk away after he ordered. The glare was enough to send her away so Leon could return to his papers.
