Loki laughed. "Not another maybe." He said jokingly. Loki looked at her before he realized possibly the only fault in this relationship. He frowned slightly.

"What is it?" Valerie asked.

"It's just that..." Loki began, frowning more. "I mean...I'm an immortal..." He continued quietly, looking away.

Valerie turned his head so she could look into his eyes. "Loki. I'm immortal to. Don't worry."

Loki sighed in relief. "Valerie, there are some things you need to tell people before they go worrying that eventually you're going to die and then they will be sad for the rest of eternity." He said, regaining his smile and kissing her.

"Well, at least you don't have to worry about that anymore." Valerie replied.

Loki nodded. "That's true." He said, kissing her once more. "So I guess we could stay together. Forever. For all eternity. Not one thing in the world to stop us. Evading death itself."

Loki frowned again. "At least until Ragnarok. But then again that's not for a very long time." He said smiling once more and kissing her.
