"Why? I ain't treating you as a monkey either." Matthew replied flatly.

Serena smiled as she saw the outside area. She walked back into the cage room and towards Kaala. "Come on. It's nice out there." she said.

Calix growled and got off the chair before storming to his office.

Kaala winked. "Not just yet." she replied. "Maybe later." She continued to look around the room, frowning- there wasn't anything... her eyes rested on Calix's chair.

Serena followed Kaala's gaze. "Don't be so ridiculous." she whispered, noticing what Kaala wanted to do. "We're out for like, two minutes. They won't be surprised and we all have to go back."

Matthew laughed softly as he sat down on the chair. "I think he didn't liked that comment." he mumbled chuckling.

"I'm not going to try and escape." said Kaala. "The other scientist said only if we try to escape." She shrugged. "If no-one else helps then I'm sure I'd be the only one punished- if I didn't succeed..." She groaned, remembering what Matthew had said. "Guess I'd better succeed" she muttered more quietly.

Serena rolled her eyes. "Whatever." she muttered, before disappearing to the outside area again.

Kaala watched her go then turned back to her weapons search, glaring at Matthew when she saw he was sitting in the chair. It looked like she'd just have to use her bare hands- great.

Matthew glared at Kaala. "Come on, go outside." he said. "It's way more fun there as here."

Kat smiled and ran trough the grass. He didn't know where the edge of the force field was

Kaala shook her head. "Haven't you learned by now? I do not do what other people tell me." She scanned the room one last time, then sighed and pushed herself off the wall.

"Fine. In that case: Stay alive." Matthew muttered.
