Daniel gave a sigh at Ringmaster's insanely large ego, rolling his eyes as he stated that Daniel still smelled like evergreen. "I know I do." he chuckled with a smile as Ringmaster pecked his jawline. "Where're we going next?" Daniel asked boredly, his eyes flicking to the maroon-haired man resting his head on his shoulder. As long as it was farther away from South America, he would be happy. He had no desire to be near Argentina ever again.

he read over the last line once more, checking for mistakes. He had taken up two whole pages of his journal. It actually wasn't his original one, and was his ninth one that he was filling out. He kept them all in his room, under the unused bed in a locked chest. Perhaps ironic for a merman, but the thought never occured to him.

Snapping it shut, he returned inside his wagon, putting down the journal before going back outside. It was a lovely day, and he figured he should walk around and enjoy it a bit.

"Well, both of them share a wagon anyways, so I'll bring you there and we'll see who we end up with. Alright?" she questionned, changing her path so that she was walking over to Jem and Maelstrom's wagon. He was refering to someone, and she thought he meant himself at first, as Gwen was merely a short form of Gwendal. But it was odd if he just randomly began speaking in the third person, so she assumed it was someone else.

"Gwendal? Who is he? Another dragon?"

[I actually spent so much time looking at potential RM-with-long-hair pics that I started thinking of him with long hair in the present. So now I gotta go stare at his character pic in his form for a while and reaffirm my proper short-haired RM mental image xD]
Ringmaster opened his maroon eyes and looked up at Daniel's face, shrugging as he lifted his head away from Daniel's. "I don't know. North. Probably northwest. I wouldn't be surprised if our next destination had snow..." He found his sling in the covers and then backed away from Daniel and off of the bed. He briefly checked his bandages for any sign of crimson, surprised to see that not a single wound had bled. After all that had happened in the past half hour or so, he would've expected to have to change his bandages. Ringmaster turned and walked across the room to his dresser, fighting the momentary light headed feeling that caused him to stumble once or twice on the way there. He pulled out a white button up shirt and slipped it on, fumbling one-handed with the buttons for a moment before looking up at Daniel and giving a sly grin. "I'm having a bit of trouble with the buttons. Since you seem to be so willing to help me with things..." He curved his finger in a 'come here' motion and then pointed at his shirt. Ah, the perks of having someone care about you...
