Sae watched Zedge and Havell, then she turned, and began to follow them, ignoring Salem completely.

Salem didn't let her get far, grabbing her by the arm. "Leave them alone," He said, pulling her attention toward him with a rough tone of voice.

Sae winced, and she tried to pull her arm away, letting out what sounded like a quiet whimper of pain, but her insane side just wanted him to let go.

[Malcasia]

Salem wouldn't let go. He knew if he did, there was a chance she could still go after Zedge and Havel.

Sae yanked harder, only hurting herself more. She cried out as she did, and she yanked, hoping she could free her arm, but suddenly felt a huge wave of pain go through her arm, and she could not feel it. She looked at her arm, dumbfounded at it's sudden loss of feeling. (lol she pulls quite hard.)

"I'm not letting go no matter how much it hurts you, I don't want you going after them," Salem said, watching her with a hard look in his eyes, glazed over and looking pained. He didn't WANT to hurt her but if hurt was the only way she would listen to him in this state. "If it's dislocated I'll put it back when you get a grip on yourself,"

Sae stared at him, then hissed, and yanked again, but cried out, and stopped, panting a little. She no longer felt her arm, but it hurt to even pull now. But stubbornly, she pulled in a softer way, but then stopped, and growled.
( it's okay. )

"Growl all you want, hiss all you want. As long as you are being like this, you will not be free," Salem said simply, his stubborn side now beginning to show more than ever. Havel and Zedge watched with fear filled eyes from a hiding spot a distance away, hoping that they would finally be alright to rejoin them, assuming that nothing happened to Salem.
