As urban said, you can't talk to staff on the site.
There are fourms and im pretty sure you might be able to email them too, so Ill try the fourm's and see.

Thanks! I will post an AJ video about two jammers who play Chicken Smoothie who trade and at the end they get banned from Animal Jam and Chicken Smoothie.
