What are they from: guardians of the galaxy
How they died: he sacrificed his fancy spacesuit thing and froze in space in order to keep peter from dying
Clip or quote(if applicable): I dont have either on hand, but I do have the ability to scream because peter was trying his hardest to take his suit off and save him but was just, forced to watch his dad die right in front of his face and it hurt because yondu list looked so proud

don't get me started on the ravager funeral guys, I was sobbing and kraglin, peter, and rocket were not making it any easier to stop omg

Gosh, I was close to crying but people were around so I kinda hid my face with a pillow, Yondu is the #1 dad and always will be.

I have two that messed me up recently

Name of character that died: Gage Creed
What are they from: 'Pet Semetary' by Stephen King
How they died: Hit by a speeding truck on a busy highway
Clip: xxx - no gore, just cringy yelling of "nooooo" I'd like a remake of this movie please @hollywood.
I recently read the novel before seeing the film, I had much more of a harrowing experience reading the scene.

Name of character that died: Tad Trenton
What are they from: 'Cujo' by Stephen King
How they died: Dehydration and heat stroke after being trapped in a car for roughly 72 hours, in the middle of summer

(Though nobody plans to play Sonic 06 anyways because its pretty bad in most people's opinion )
Shadow's death from Sonic X almost got me crying the first time i saw it, and still almost gets me crying. I know that he comes back but the way that he helped Sonic save the world for Maria is just kinda cute and sad.
I also almost cried at Blaze's death from Sonic 06. First time i saw it i just couldn't help but almost cry and ship it because the way that she dies just to try to get rid of Iblis was just a bit sad ;-;
also sonic 06 and sonic x are good i don't care what anyone says

one of the saddest character deaths that pop into my mind is kate marsh from life is strange
the poor cinnamon roll didn't deserve to be driven to that state of mind, but bullies are harsh.

another one is yuno from Mirai nikki. god, that was so sad. even though she technically came back from an alternate reality, the overall scene was heartbreaking.

angel beats' otonashi and angel were absolutely heartbreaking. the flashback of otonashi's death was super tragic, and seeing angel fade away at the end after finally talking with otonashi about everything made it even worse. the fact that everyone had faded and otonashi was the only one left was depressing to think about.

the last one I can think of is Hannes from Attack on Titan. the heartbreaking scene where he finally accepted his fate got to me, and when eren and mikasa just stared, hope lost in their eyes while eren desperately tried to save him by turning into his titan form... god, that scene was hard to watch, especially knowing the relationships.

One of the saddest deaths was Chihiro from the Danganronpa series.
As well, Gundham Tanaka from the Danganronpa series as well. I cried when I watched him die </3

especially rei. not that i'm sad she died cause I hated her guts but how sad it made takeshi. he's going to have
to live with the knowledge that he had to put down his sister. it will haunt him. my poor child
