Introductory Statement
- Hello! My username here is parabatai., though most people call me Para, and I am a huge fan of The Shadowhunters Chronicles (TSC). On this thread, anyone can freely speak however they wish about TSC so long as they follow my list of rules. There aren't many, so it shouldn't take long to read them.
The Rules
- ★ All Site Rules Apply
- This doesn't really need an explanation, does it? Follow the Chicken Smoothie rules, as that is the site we are all on. It would be silly to assume we can break those rules here.
- ★ Absolutely No Ship-Hate
- If I catch so much as a whiff of ship-hate, you will be given a warning. You can respectfully discuss your ships, but I will tolerate no ship wars.
- ★ There Will Be Spoilers
- This isn't really a rule, but more of a warning. The Shadowhunters Chronicles contains currently over a dozen books and has a multi-season TV series (as well as a movie), and though I already know some people have not read all of them, many have. I request that people add spoiler warnings to major plot events in later books, but otherwise, read at your own risk!
- ★ No Arguing
- If you wish to argue, take it to PM (or, preferably, just don't because this fandom doesn't really need any more hate). If it's just something like "I really like this ship because _______. Anyone else?" "Really, you like that ship? Well, I like this other ship because _______, but your reasons are valid." that's totally fine, so long as it does not escalate into an argument.
- ★ Nothing Inappropriate Or Not Child Friendly
- I understand that these books are classified as a Young Adult series, but who can 100% guarantee a younger kid won't come on this thread and check out what we're saying? Please keep all content child friendly! This includes images, quotes, and the like. Kissing is OK, so long as it follows the rules for appropriate images.
