I love Wolf's Rain. It's definitely my favourite anime. All the characters are great in their own way with interesting back stories. The music is also mesmerising.

I also love Sailor Moon (though I haven't seen many episodes), AIR, DN Angel and Angel Beats!

High school of the dead/HOTD
NOTE:
I started watching Vampire knight but then it got weird and boring so I stopped:)
I do enjoy vampire anime and horror anime.
All of these tv shows on the list are bloody and full of action so if your that type of person then you will love these;)
I've seen plenty of anime.but these are by far the best!
