I need help with an adoption forum

Hi! I need help with an adoption forum, I'm pretty bad with html (believe it or not I took webpage design so the fact that my inability to use it persists even after I was taught by a professional is somewhat incredible) and I'd like some help making my adopt forum look better! Here it is btw it looks like a lot of text atm and I'd prefer it to look a lot nicer! Any tips or suggestions are appreciated, thanks!
