How to resize an image?

I can't for the life of me figure out how to resize an image on here so if anyone could tell me that'd be fantastic!

    You can't resize images on chickensmoothie itself, you'll need to use an image editor like photoshop or pixlr and upload it to an image hosting site like imgur. (:
