How do I post an image from a site?

I know how to add a picture from google, but I'm not entirely sure how to do it from any other site.

I need help adding this picture(from instagram) into a post. How do I do that?

instagram doesn't allow other users to save images that aren't their own in order to protect copyright.
if the image doesn't belong to you, you shouldn't try to save it.

if the picture does belong to you (such as if you commissioned it), then i would recommend dming/asking the creator to send you a copy through another mean/upload it somewhere else.

otherwise, once the image is uploaded elsewhere, or when you have saved it and uploaded it to an image hosting site (such as imgur or tinypic), then the process to post it is the same as posting an image from google.
