Can someone help?

Hi, Me and my friend at school were discussing (and planning) making a CS+RPG kinda game it was his idea to call it Legendary People so the name stuck. The only problem is I can't find a site maker that would do an Adoptable+RBG site.. if you've ever played Moviestar Planet then you've seen their registration. That's kinda like how it would be but with a Lil' design a pet, also. We have so many great ideas that so I just wanna make em' come true.. if anyone can help me find a good site builder (or help me build one) I would be very grateful.
