How do I get stamps?

I think it should be common knowledge that you can set any stamp - so long as it's 100x100 or less - as your avatar. Simply right click a stamp and copy the image location and paste it into "upload from a URL". I'm using a stamp as an avatar right now.

I love the Northern Ireland stamp! Didn't expect to get one because we're so small, but I'm pleased there is one now. We're small, but we're worthy of our own separate stamp. XD

(edit because I just noticed it) With that said, I would have maybe used the Saltire without the Red Hand on it, because that is a contentious symbol here and I don't really want to have that on my profile, so it's back to the Republic of Ireland stamp for me D:
