I did read everything, sorry that your rules are rather difficult to pick out. I believed 1 custom open to be a custom piece of art as in you did ych.. and I am not underpaying either, I believe it said 4 rares or 4 items (WL).

Maybe if you made the shop easier to read what was open and was what, sorry to waste your time I guess.. but doesn't mean you don't have to be unsympathetic.
