What would Tikira fall under in terms of what package I'd need? She's a panda squirrel. So she's basically shaped like a bear but with a squirrel tail. She has no items needed.

She would be under Preffered package, because that would count as "Minor line edits" because I wouldn't have to draw anything new, just recycle existing lines. You're lucky I already have squirrel lines!
