I'm really curious to see these ponies grown up. The foals are very cute, but I can't wait to see how the designs will translate onto the adult lineart, which IMO seems more suitable for this particular theme than the middle stage.
They're currently my favourite of this month's set :D

No, second gen babies (and any generation after) never will split on you. (: You just have a late baby so he will sleep a bit longer. xD

Missed both the kitten and the cocoon, but I was able to trade for the kitt I’m wondering if it is worth it to look for cocoon trades since they all look the same and I could be tricked into getting a previous one

Actually some 2nd gens do split, but it's very rare. An example is the grey 2nd gen litter from January '09

Usually, I only trade for missing b-wolf outcomes after they've all grown up. That way there's no risk of getting the wrong outcome in the cocoon stage.

Missed the pretty pupper from today, but I got the cocoon!
So far only two things I'll need to trade for.
And I am sooo in love with those slug ponies, my gosh.
