They’re offer is worth 10.5 nons.
The orange cerb goes for 4-5 nons, and the red goes for 2-3 nons. Even valuing both at their highest, they’re overpaying by almost 2.5 nons. I’d accept. The higher lists can be a bit harder to trade down, but this is a really good offer.

There is no right or wrong answer. Everyone values their pets differently. I would take 4 uncommon for my rare, but my best friend might take 2, or 3. It’s all up to personal preference
