I believe store pets are worth a 2009 rare each so I do not think this is fair to you because they are offering a bunch if newer rares. I would get a second opinion though💖💖💖

The 2018 store pets are worth a late 2010 rare each. This is still unfair to the store pets.

Not in the slightest.
Your side consists of 11 2009 rares, so is worth a high advent.

Their side consists of (I think):
1 tier 6 advent = 6-7 2009 rares
5 2009 very rare = 10 2009 rares
25 2009 rare
16 2010 rare = 8 2009 rares
1 2010 very rare = 1 2009 rare
2 2015 store pet = 2010 rare
1 2008 rare = 2 2009 rares
1 2012 store pet = 2009 rare

And a heck ton of others... so overall that's worth 55+ 2009 rares.. so a low September?
Whatever it adds to, it's a gross overpay on their side. Even with the demand of the shima.

The zebra can usually get 1.5 sometimes 2 nons. The peas have lately been going for 1-2 sorbets. The line tribal doesn't get their side up to a non. Unfair to you I would definitely say.

Unfair to you, right now the zebras are trading for 2 nons give or take, the peas are barely reaching a non (don't hold me to that, they're still new so their demand is varied) as I've heard and the tribal is very hard to trade on.

How much is the non-balloon worth? could I get the UR grapes with it?

It's just under the worth of a green toxic, so you'd need 2 non-balloon and some to be fair for the grapes as they're worth a sorbet.

Their side is worth 10 2009 rares, but with demand may reach 20 2009 rares.

Those Tess horses are tier 2 advents and worth 4-5 rares each, the others are worth 5 2009 rares. The C$ are valued at a 2011 rare.
Your side is worth 13-15 2009 rares. It's over by rarity, but may be under by demand. Depending on how you value pets that is.
