I have two assorted Koi I got a couple of years ago as little fingerings.
One was silver and one was pale yellow which I hoped would turn more golden as she grew up. The silver one's fins turned red and he got darker edging as he grew. And he has rows of those huge thick scales down his sides. The above dragon reminds me so much of him. I hoped we would get a golden one as well as my little yellow Koi did indeed turn a gorgeous golden color as she got older. And tonight we got her as well! ^_^

I like this one the most out of the litter so far!
The koi pattern/fish theme translates really well onto the lineart, the shape matches up super well and it really shows with this coloration. And Lilian's colouring style is fantastic for this theme!
This gorgeous buddy is definitely a keeper for me.

FOUR. FOUR OF THESE- NOT ONE GREW. AT HALF MY LITTER AND NOT ONE SPLIT OUTCOME.

A few I got in trades to build up my hoard are still like this. It gave me cause to get excited and think that there was a three-way split. XD

I'm not THAT evil, gee. Careful or you're going to give people an aneurysm just by suggesting that possibility. XD

Since everyone is so paranoid over splitting outcomes and seems to be having a rather stressful time to trade for them(I missed two splits of my own litter, so I can relate), I'll confirm that tonight's dragon was the last split from my litter. Now take a deep breath and relax.

Thirding, for sure my fave outcome of this litter and I missed it. The whole litter is absolutely stunning but this one stands out above the rest.

Phew! No more trading-especially for the brown dragon! This is definitely by far my favourite Western Dragon litter!

Yours is not 23 days old yet ^^ So it didn't grow up.

1) today's dragon = a honey angel (feels like an exact opposite counterpart for the nightmare weaver)

2) sketchi's dog litter has gorgeous, multicoloured eyes (if only we had such contacts @q@)

can totally understand why you did splits with the sheer amount of detail in them.
super stoked to see how the final one turns out !
had a sneaking suspicion when i first saw the baby that it might have been Taiyaki inspired
but now im not so sure haha
