Assuming you mean one of the few Tier 7 dogs that are grey / have “grey” in their name, one would be worth 7-8 ‘09 rares. To trade it up to a higher advent you’d have to add one or more ‘09 rares’ worth to it. Of course the higher you want to trade up the more worth you’ll have to add on your side, unless the person you’re trading with is offering overpay. If you’re referring to the grey mini husky, it’s worth 5-6 ‘09 rares and you’d trade it up the same way with the tier sevens

It's worth 3 non-dogs + a blue toxic, but you'll most likely only be able to trade for 1 non due to its demand.
