I have the Zonkey UR and I'm also waiting for it to get a rarity too so I feel your pain.

From my experiences, usually around the 25th, but at this time I think we'll be waiting until after we've adopted the February pets, and they'll give us January, December, Christmas and UR rarities at the same time.
I could be wrong, but it would probably be e easier option for the site mods.
