The chance for it to become the PPS isn't exactly 1/3 since very rare outcomes are less likely than rare outcomes
just to add on, unfortunately, it's not going to turn into a main list,
and will definitely turn into one of the black 2009 rare outcomes.
i'm assuming you're referring to this pet, which is already 20 days old.
if it were the wolf pps outcome, it would have gotten the pps tag at age 9.
