Paid Japanese Lessons?

Does anyone have any experience with paid Japanese lesson-type websites? Self-study isn't quite doing it for me (I lack the motivation that paid / lessons would give me) and I would like to put some money towards it ;v;
I'm looking for some recommendations ;;
