Site maintenance

Hey everyone,

I'll be doing some maintenance on the website over the next few hours. If all goes well there should be no disruptions in website and forum access. I'm doing it to see if I can improve website loading speeds in busy times.

There was an unexpected 10-minute downtime in there while I made a change to the database.. . On the upside, I'm discovering lots of ways to speed up the website.

Wow that's never a bad thing! It's been pretty slow as of late. Oh, Just a poke, but renaming pets doesn't work right now if you haven't seen it:

Um, I updated to the new version of phpBB, but it broke the brown forum theme. I've had to change back to the blue theme for the moment while I fix it. It's so wide, it looks really weird on my widescreen monitor.. .
