I was wondering how I can rotate a picture...?

Can someone please answer?

Use the rotate tool, it's two arrows that are on the side of a box, in the tool menu. I think it's above the select tool, if I remember clearly. Just keep twisting it till it auto-places itself to look like a long strip. That should work!
