ShadowWinds - Coming Mid-2018! Need Staff!

My brother and I (okay, just me, he’s been too lazy) have been working on a dragon role play site. I’ve been doing all the work myself and it’s much too stressful, so I figured to take a break and try to hire some staff. I’m hoping that Shadow Winds can be shared to Staff in March or maybe even May, and open to the public by June or July. I may even consider hiring one more Admin. I need help that much. So here’s the Staff we need:

Global Moderator (2/2) : -Loves dragons, -Knows a lot about Shadow Winds, -Hasn't been banned in the last 75 days, -Has 0% warning level, -Reccomended by Shadow Winds members, -Has been a member for 6 months or longer, -Is on at least almost every day for at least 15 minutes, -Very active in forums, -Only ban reasonably.
Moderator (0/10) : -Loves dragons, -Knows a lot about Shadow Winds, -Hasn't been banned in the last 30 days, -Has 0% warning level, -Reccomended by Shadow Winds members, -Has been a member for 5 months or longer, -Can be on almost every day for at least 10 minutes, -Always checks the forum category they moderate, -Ban reasonably.
Roleplay Moderator (0/10): -Loves dragons, -Roleplays a lot, -Has at least 2 dragons, -Has been a member for longer than 2 months, -Hasn't been banned in the last 25 days or more, -Has 0% warning level, -Reccomended by Shadow Winds members.
Character Moderator (1/3) : -Loves dragons, -Always checks the "New Characters" category, -Has been a member for longer than 1 month, -Hasn't been banned in the last 15 days, -Has 5% warning level or less, preferably less, -Knows the character requirements very well, what is acceptable and what isn't, -Is on almost everyday, for just long enough to manage the character applications.
.C.H. Moderator (1/6) : -Loves dragons, -Is on at least once a week, -Reccomended by members.
Artist (3/4): -Is very good at drawing dragons, -Can upload dragons onto Deviant Art or Imgur or something like that, -Reccomended by player.
Archivist (1/3): -Should always be willing to help out in the archives.

Hopefully you have read the requirements. Please ignore the time ones, and recommended ones and ban ones. Those are not valid just yet.

WHAT IS SHADOW WINDS?
Shadow Winds is a dragon role play site. Basically you can role play tons of dragons. However, you can’t just create new dragons; you have to EARN them. You will have a weak starter dragon. Then, if you get lucky enough, one of that week’s Creature Hunters will be an easy defeat and you will win. You may also win that week’s dragon draw. Or you can try to get a breeding ticket to breed your dragons. It’s simple. Unfortunately, we may not have a currency system for a few months or maybe a year, so a dragon buy-and-sell will not be available. Trading will not be supported, but you can. We just prefer if you don’t. More info on that once the site is out.

We will also have competitions based on your dragons skill. That’s also a tricky subject and it will be mentioned in the site when it is complete.

ANNOUNCEMENT ALL!!

SHADOW WINDS WILL BE RELEASED TO SELECT PEOPLE some time during the week to 1.5 weeks!! So, that being said!! All stuff will get EARLY ACCESS to Shadow Winds. We also need BETA TESTERS if you’d like to have early access, too! Releasing sometime during the week to 1.5 weeks for staff and beta testers, and releasing to the public in 2 weeks!!
