Hi, joined DC last month, I've read through the forum and I have a question, only eggs and hatchlings are tradeable? Adults are not?

Yeah, you can only trade eggs or hatchlings. Also, I know trade links expire when an egg hatches and maybe when a hatchi genders. You can release and kill adults though.

I abandoned a dorsal dragon egg yesterday because it was the wrong colour but I felt bad ever since so I just casually clicked an egg on the AP and it turned out to be the one that I had abandoned. Is this fate?

I’ve done that with a few Geodes that I bred lol.

What can anyone tell me about breeding black alt outcomes? I know they have to be bred, they don’t drop in the biomes. Are there any tricks or tips to getting an alt hatchling or is it just pure luck? Any insights much appreciated.
