does anyone have advice on what to do with sick hatchlings?
i've kept them hidden but they're still sick and i don't want them to die

White dragons can protect them from sickness with tgeir BSA.

Pretty sure white dragons only work with eggs.

But hide them and they get better soon! Sometimes it just takes a while.

My best advice is pick one click site from the first page of this thread and use it to incubate your eggs. Also, you can learn lots from reading the Dragon Cave Wiki. There is a link to that on the first page too.
