I still see a few of them in the biomes during the drops, so you might be able to get a few still. They don’t seem to be as hard to get as the florets.

Did you try “Revive” on the tombstones? Revive is a choice under “actions” on hatchlings and undead dragons ( not eggs). It allows you, the user, to cast a spell, attempting to revive a dead dragon. It doesn’t always work but it’s worth a try.
