I want to make a website alot like CS- but alot unlike CS, but..... I need help! I need people who can work together to code the site, and I need helpers and mods and artists! I cant code so I hope quite a few people will help with that! So now for the forms!

This site will not be given up on, but if you want it to be done faster, we need coders!
SITE INFO:
You will join this site and start adopting pets. ( And if you join this site in the first month you get Strawberry and Cocoa! ) On every species adoption page there will be a list of facts!! If you post your own facts, and if they are not repeats, your earn Cocoa L Points! Which they can earn you rarer pets! ( See? I am trying not to make it like CS ) You can trade, gift, and more as long as you stay up to the rules! To make this website a little harder, you can get only 1 of each pet when you adopt, making trading a big part of this site. The mascot will be Cocoa! His best friend ( And secret love ), Strawberry helps him with his work. Cocoa is a cocoa colored Finnish Spitz. He is kind and happy, and someday you might even meet him! He loves to make people happy so you could be his target one day! You can RP in this site and even earn Cocoa Dollars when you help new, and sad people! Well that is it for now and coders, ask me lots of questions when you sign up so you know what your going to make! ALSO! You will be able to breed your pets with Cocoa L Points and Cocoa Dollars.
If Possible This Is A Definite Idea: all users can have a 'special pet' which is their first pet. they can completely customise their pet with free items but only on that pet. so basically it's thew user's mascot. maybe we could call them the hot cocoas? hot cocoas aren't tradable or giftable so the pressure is on the player to make the pet they love, or else they'll have a permanet, ugly pet!
[ Some undecided ideas ]:
Games: PLay them for fun? or PLay them for Cocoa Dollars
Challenges: Earns you Cocoa Gems, which gets you really rare points
Cocoa Gems: Earned by real money? or earned by challenges
